Keyty is designed for local keyboard and mouse input visualization on macOS. This page describes what the app does with input data.
Local processing
Keyboard shortcuts, keystrokes, mouse clicks, and scrolling are processed locally on your Mac so Keyty can render them on screen.
No transmission or recording
Keyty does not transmit your keyboard or mouse input to external servers and does not record your input history.
Permissions
macOS may ask for accessibility or input-monitoring permissions so Keyty can visualize input. These permissions are used for the local display feature.
Website data
This website is static. Hosting providers may process standard request logs such as IP address, user agent, and request time for security and operations.
Updates
Keyty uses Sparkle for in-app updates. The app release pipeline owns the appcast, version metadata, signatures, and release assets.
